Easy to book on line. The parking is convenient right across from the airport. We’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle which traveling in the winter months is great. The people who work there are friendly and very helpful.
We like everything about The Spot Parking! And this last trip we needed help getting my scooter to the airport rather then the bus and a driver came with us from the lot to the departure level and helped unload our luggage and scooter and then drove our car back to the lot and parked it for our week long reservation. This is a free service that was offered to us.

Everything is EASY beginning from online reservation, to scanning in & out of the lot (however I feel better when a person is at the booth because I'm old school & there was someone in the morning), the shuttle from my parking spot to & from the airport drop off, the helpful shuttle drivers!!!!

The Frequent Bus Service really makes travel less time consuming. The Covered parking saves my car (Mustang GT 5.0) from Hail Storm damage when in covered parking, which is where I always park it.
