The quick pick up and delivery to your gate!
I know that I’ve got a space reserved for my vehicle and there will be timely transportation to/from the airport.
We have used you for a few years (when you were Park n Fly). The change to the Parking Spot has been exceptional. Each time, we are met with wonderful customer service from the lot personnel and drivers. The covered parking is easily accessible and the shuttle is there waiting.
We flew to Hawai'i last month and our driver Thomas from Emory was fantastic! Such a wonderful spirit!
Yes, we always will recommend your service to family and friends. Continued success "The Parking Spot"!

The parking Spot is consistent! Friendly attendants. Great service to and from the airport!
Great service. Attendants out front are always helpful. The drivers (most of them) are good with assisting with bags. Only thing i would suggest is...better maintenance of the shuttles or get new ones. Rides are getting very rough, shuttles are noisy and falling apart.
Online reservation system was simple and user friendly. The shuttle service was very slow. My flight landed at 11PM so I was tired. We waited almost 30 minutes for the shuttle. You really needed another van running.
Timely, friendly service
Reasonable pricing and easy access

I especially like the discounted rates that they have where you can reserve parking for a future trip..and having AAA is an additional discount for your parking services.
