The drivers are polite and helpful. They pickup from the airport on a regular basis so I'm not waiting 30-45 minutes. The busses are clean.

Ater we parked we didn't have to wait very long for a shuttle to come by to take us to the airport. Likewise, when we returned from our trip, a shuttle came right away.
The only thing that could be better is for you to advise people that they need to show the QR code in order to get out of the facility. The paper with the code was still in my carry-on luggage and I had to get out of the driver's seat and retrieve the paper from the carry-on.
