Complete ease of getting in and out no matter what time of day I park

I like The Parking Spot because I feel my car is protected when I go away. The staff there are very patient and friendly.

I have given The Parking Spot North a lower score previously because of the difficulty I had finding the entrance. There needs to be more signage with arrows because the entrance is easily missed.

The bus was there for us almost immediately, the drivers were very nice and helpful, and the bottle of ice cold water at check out was a very pleasant (and much needed) surprise!

I like the greeting I receive from an attendant in the booth when I arrive to check in. I like the ease of checking in with the app and scanning the QR code. I like the ability to get a bottle of water especially on these hot days. I like the friendly drivers I have encountered and the help I have received in handling my luggage. I like that the AC is working and cool when I get on the shuttle bus. I like that I get picked up and dropped off at my airport terminal.

I like that it is completely covered. The spaces are very narrow and I have gotten several door dings. I would like to point out that if the person that tells you where to park would be a little more proactive she wouldn’t have to scream over the noise in the area.

Extremely convenient. In and out so easy. Pay in advance works great. I feel secure there. Also my car battery died and the bus driver tried to help with a battery pack jump. I really appreciate that. I wouldn’t park anywhere else.

The service was prompt and easy to use. The drivers were very couteuse and helpful. The card we were given to hand the driver upon return is a great idea.

I really like the ease in which I can reserve my parking spot, check in, parking and exiting. The drivers are ALWAYS friendly and very helpful with the bags. "Car to
Bus" pick up and drop off is amazing. Having ice cold water available for free upon existing is the cherry on the awesome Parking Spot experience.

Great rotation on the buses... didn't have to wait long for service. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would be nice for them to give more direction on where to get picked up after your flight. At the very least, as people are getting off the bus for departures, tell them when they return to follow the signs for "Ground Transportation" and look for the Parking Spot buses.
