The location is excellent for access to IAH airport. The shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful. There are so many shuttles running that your wait time to get to the airport and come back from the airport is very short.
Parking Spot is always easy to use and offers lots of discounts and coupons. I wanted to give feedback on my driver Friday night/Saturday morning when I landed in St. Louis. She went above and beyond! She was so friendly, and she even waited at my car while I loaded my bags in the back. She did not leave until I started my car. Travelling alone late at night as a female is a little nerve racking, but she made sure I was safe.
This service is incredibly convenient with almost no waiting. Using the app, they know when you’re ready and where you are. Can’t imagine using on-site airport parking.
The premier park offering is a nice touch. Getting dropped off first on the return segment gets you on your way home sooner after an exhaustive trip. A nicer touch would be to offer larger park spaces for oversized vehicles such as trucks. Spots are too tight.
By recommendation of a Parking Spot attendant, I finally downloaded the app and reserved a parking spot which made my experience easier than it previously was. Drivers are friendly and helpful with boarding and unloading, thank you!

On the morning of June 30th, we arrived at the parking spot. Mr. Charles, our driver, was absolutely fantastic! We returned on Thursday, July 2nd, in the evening around 7:00 PM. A young man with braids helped us get to our cars, and he was excellent as well! As we were leaving the parking spot, the staff member on duty came out to assist us. I truly appreciate great customer support, especially when I'm paying for services. Way to go, The Parking Spot!

This is the first time that we used the Accessible Transportation to the Airport. It was easy, efficient and better than I ever imagined. Although everyone won't need this service, it's nice to know that it exist. It was also the first time that we brought the mobility scooter with us (like a trial run). It was good to know for feature travel.
