Convenient location and friendly drivers
Covered self parking and pickup drop-off at the car.
Fast and convenient shuttles.
It’s covered and shuttles are there quickly. I also like that you can earn rewards.
Good service. Good helpful people and almost always a good experience.
Ease of use
Easy to book. Enough shuttles so that there are no long waits.
So easy and the shuttle ride to the airport was perfect - I would suggest better signage/lighting at the entrance - hard to see in the dark hours of the morning - will definitely do this for all my future trips
After multiple horrific experiences at parking spot 1 we decided to try another lot. Fly was 1000x superior!! Quick pickup to and from, fantastic friendly drivers, and much cleaner buses. It’s obvious that management at this location is far superior and we will only stay here moving forward. Kudos for a job WELL DONE!
The cost there is more affordable than airport lots the shuttle drivers are very courteous and helpful but probably most important. You’re picked up almost immediately after you get out of your car and little or no wait time at the airport to return. We use them all the time.
It is dependable at a reasonable cost.
Nice drivers. Wait times can vary.

I travel alot. A whole lot, I am in and out for weeks at a time and every week. Airport parking is important to me. The Parking Spot on JFK / Airport Boulevard is one of the best. It is convient and the people, such as Mr. King, one of the supervisors here, are more than willing to make my stay enjoyable.
Prompt service reasonable prices.
Convenient and secure parking. Prompt shuttle service. Ability to earn rewards.
The personnel
Pretty much everything.. The drivers are really good. The lady at the front gate checking you in and out couldn’t be any nicer and helpful… I’ve used her Parking Spot several times now and I’ve always been pleased.. Your drivers are very responsive on picking you up and dropping you at the correct place
The shuttle drivers are so nice and helpful. I lost my ticket that showed where I parked and he drove us around to find it. The shuttle driver was waiting when we came out of the airport and we jumped right on.
Dependable…… nothing is better than that.
