I find the App works well, the drivers are helpful and professional, the location further off-site from the airport and closer to the interstate highway is more convenient - and the new buses are making the rides a much better experience.

The shuttle driver takes my suitcase out of my trunk upon arrival and puts the suitcase in my car when home. Water is given when checking out. The shuttle driver cleans snow and ice off my car. The shuttle driver did this. John J had to clean off every window. He succeeded. Ice was about half an inch. I was so grateful. He was very careful that I did not slip on the ice. Rebecca gave me the water at checkout. Very nice woman.

Most of the drivers are very friendly , good prices and even better if you send coupons .
Only request will be to fix the numbers on the floor if the parking space, they either fading or there’s no number at old and drivers have to be guessing same as passengers
