I love there are extra large spaces for bigger vehicles. While there are far more economically feasible options, none of those offer spaces for larger vehicles. I love being able to park without multiple turns to squeeze into an undersized space. Also, to be able open my doors without fear of hitting another vehicle with my door or the converse, is just excellent.

Parking Spot is my preferred parking solution when I travel!! Easy to park and easy to get to my gate!!

Easy access to the parking facility. The entire staff is friendly and co-operative. We have parked our multiple vehicle at The Parking Spot. Pick up and drop off is very efficient. We did not have to wait more than a minute to be picked up and drop off. We will keep using Parking Spot for all our trips out of Houston Airports.

Convenient and attentive staff

I was thinking and I don't know what else you can do to improve. Arriving is no wait, and there is someone to help with that goofy scanner, (btw why can't they make those things more intuitive, they have several things with lights coming off them that MIGHT be scanners, but you don't know, and does it go in up or down or do you hold it out away of flat, sideways, what? that is an industrial design problem though and yall dont make those fool machines), shuttles always there quick enough, and I dont remember when we had to wait when we leave airport. I mean yeah ok, pumping hard AC would be welcome, nice music maybe, maybe a screen that shows departing flights, TSA wait times, maybe improve lighting for when arriving at zero dark 30.
