I like that you pick us up at our vehicle parking spot. The drivers are very friendly. That you give out a business card with our parking spot number on it. That during daylight business hours you don't have to call for a shuttle, I can see where the shuttles are on my APP. You offer covered and uncovered spaces.
It is very to get in & get out. Then there seems to always have a shuttle waiting for you to take you to the airport. The parking lot is very clean and clearly marked. Signage is good also. And the people seem very friendly.
