The buses are quick to pick you up at your parking spot and then deliver you to your terminal. The drivers are typically friendly and helpful. Because of changes, it took us a while to find the right place to board the Parking Spot bus after our return flight, but it all worked out well. We really appreciate The Parking Spot for excellent service when we fly out of Atlanta and have recommended it to others.
