Parking is effortless, transportation to LAX is dependable and often, staff is courteous.
My family used the Parking Spot 2 for our recent trip. The covered parking was secure and convenient to the STL Airport. The shuttle driver immediately picked us up at our parking spot, helped with our luggage and was very polite and friendly to the airport. He took us right to the door of the terminal where we were flying out of.
Upon our return, we went where we were instructed to go and Mark the shuttle driver took care of our luggage onto the shuttle, was very polite, friendly and very funny. He took us right to our parked car, unloaded our luggage. We left the parking lot with no problem.
We will definitely be using the Psrking Spot 2 in the future.

The staff is friendly and make the front and back end of travel seamless. The app is very easy to use, and being able to reserve a spot up to an hour before arrival is incredibly helpful. I appreciate the variety of discounts offered as well.

The parking spot north location is always a pleasure to park with. Shuttles are always quick, helpful, and courteous. Getting in and out is very simple. The available water after a long flight is absolutely clutch. I am grateful for the parking spot to be so easy and loving to work with
