Cheap prices, Easy to get to airport
Convenient and the shuttle is always clean with super nice drivers.
I didn't realize that the Parking Spot had 2 locations at DIA. I went to the West location which used to be USAirport Parking where I had parked for years. I had an excellent pre-paid rate for the 8 days we were there. When we arrived, the person at the gate let us know we were at the wrong location but I asked if we could still park there. She let us in, no problem. But when we went to check out on our return, we owed another $55 over the $66 we had already paid. Someone else was having an issue and had gotten the manager to come out to help them. I got his attention and he was kind enough to waive the extra $55. I will be back. And I'll be more careful next time!

First off- your people are very friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile when I first drive up, and every interaction until I leave is very pleasant.
The service is well priced and I have options to pay more if I want covered parking.
My last trip I was very pleasantly surprised to find free cool water for my drive home. I needed to take some medication and I didn't have any water- so I was figuring on stopping somewhere to buy some. This was a detractor from my trip home. But when I arrived to checkout and found the free water, I was happy as could be!
