W have used The Spot for several years with very little or no complaints. We are promptly picked up and dropped off at the airport. Occasionally we wait for a few minutes for pick up. Overall very pleased with their service.

Drivers were great and the location obviously works. Decent communication but door 5 at terminal 3 is closed and everyone is using door 4
Ronald P was absolutely the best driver!! He helped us with our bags when he stopped to pick us up. He reminded us before pulling away, did we have our keys, and cell phones. When we arrived at the airport he was again so helpful with our bags. No all of the drivers we have had helps with our bags much less remind us if we have our keys and cell phones.
