Convenience, covered parking and nice, helpful team
This is the second, and longest, time that I have used Parking Spot East. Covered parking is excellent, spaces are large enough to get in and out of wothout issue. The shuttle bus arrived as we were unloading and the service was prompt and professional.

I was disappointed this past Sunday when I arrive from France and had to wait one hour plus for Parking Spot 1. About 30 people
We're also waiting. I called twice and others also called. Knowing that many overseas flights arrive in late afternoon you should be better prepared.
