On September 26th, our flight to Phx was re-routed to Tucson because of the bad weather that Phoenix was experiencing that day. Instead of arriving in Phx around 11am-ish, we couldn't get back to phx until late that evening. (We had to Uber from Tucson airport). The female person on duty( sorry I didn't get her name) was very kind and understanding of our situation. She waived any extra charges that could have accrued, and sent us on our way feeling better about all that had happened that day. Above and beyond is why we continue to use and recommend the Parking Spot. Thank you.

Great experience! The booking process is super easy, the parking lot feels safe and secure, and the shuttles are prompt. I'll definitely be using this service again.

The shuttle, the covered parking, easiness

Good location and fast to airport.
However on the trip back the driver didn’t ask for the car location tickets. I offered mine at the first stop then it was hard to tell when they reached my car. I had to ask because we can’t see the row numbers inside the bus. Just need better communication. Also, as I was existing the parking there are HUGE potholes that are hard to see in the dark covered parking. Those need to be fixed!!!

I don't usually answer surveys, but I was so impressed by the service I got at The Parking Spot! From your frequent and easy to recognize vans, to your EXTREMELY courteous staff, to the fact that when I returned from the airport, my car was started, ready and waiting right closeby for me. All was great! The help with my heavy bag and especially the offer of a cold bottle of water for the drive home were so much appreciated. I will definitely be back!

Can make reservations for a guaranteed spot especially for holiday travel times. Good rates, quick service.

Quick in & out with OCR scan. Friendly staff. Rapid rides to & from the airport; helpful drivers. Check-out water when leaving.
It would be nice if the shuttle vans could have all the loose nuts & bolts tightened up so the van doesn't rattle so much go on Houston's pot hole pocked streets.

Have used the parking spot for years. They pick you up and your car is safe until you get back.

service! I appreciated getting a discount for booking early. We were picked up at the lot as soon as our luggage was taken out of the car and the wait time for our pickup when we returned home was minimal. There was a new customer waiting with us at the airport that we sang your praises to.
