Convenient and always friendly staff.

I highly recommend the Parking Spot, aka Park and Fly at SFO. Reserve a spot, either pay before or after your trip, park your car yourself, get on the shuttle and you're only a few minutes from SFO. The return was just as easy. Catch the shuttle, which takes you to your car, pay, and you're on your way. I will definitely park here again on my next trip. The cost was very reasonable, too. Everyone I encountered here was friendly and courteous.

Never an issue when using your service. This time was the best ever, got checked bags and the bus was outside picking up others, no wait at all, never happened before, timing is everything, thank you.

Close to airport with shuttle.

Upon our return from our trip, our driver Darrius was extremely helpful to us with our bags. My husband had some temporary mobility issues and was having difficulty lifting our suitcases. Darrius loaded them into the van for us and then took them to our car and loaded them in the trunk for us. It was so kind and we really appreciate this gesture.

I like the covered parking option. I like that there are employees to guide you upon entering the parking area and to a parking place and then call for the bus. The drivers are always nice and helpful and pull up as soon as you park.
We never feel stranded or that we won't get to the airport on time.

We were using another parking service, but I have to say this is the most convenient, personal and friendly service available. The shuttle service is prompt, plentiful and courteous, and our car is waiting for us when we return.
