As I pulled into the parking lot a Schuttle was behind me it was pouring rain and 4 o’clock in the morning. The Schuttle followed me as I looked for a parking spot. Once I parked the Schuttle stopped and assisted me loading my luggage. I told the driver he was a sight for sore eyes! I was very appreciative of his professional service.Thank you very much.🇺🇸

Ease of finding a spot and quick shuttle service
All went smoothly when we arrived to begin our trip. The pick up upon our return was not as quick as we would have liked. Our arrival was at Terminal 6 and the vans are often quite full. We were a family of 12 and upon retrieving our luggage I called the Parking Spot and asked if an empty van could be sent to accommodate all of us. The employee said she would do that. We ended up taking two separate vans and waited about 20 to 30 minutes for the vans to get to Terminal 6.
Buses are always available and travel to and from the parking lot is quick!!

When arriving at the "Spot" I like being picked up right at my car. And when returning to the airport the team picks me up in about 5 minutes and then drops me off right at my car. the convenience is great.

Point system. Tracking system..I disagree with me staying 20 days and picking up 2 hours late for a delayed flight and charged more money!!!!
It would be nice if the customer have the option to update the location, lot number in the application after parking

I love the speed and efficiency. I never have to wait long for a bus to arrive. In addition, it is never overcrowded on the buses. Pich up and drop off right at my car which is very convenient.
