Convenient to airport; staff is courteous and helpful; shuttle always on time when returning to EWR and fairly good pricing, especially with triple A and other discounts and being part of the Spot Club.

Well, this time I was fortunate enough to have a front row corner spot for my brand-new vehicle. The covered parking is the primary reason for using the Spot and the shutter service is great. Of course, I do enjoy the periodic discount emails and the rewards system.
