Everything
Most convenient and stress free means to get to and from LAX.
We park at Parking Spot Sepulveda at least 10 times per year. It’s convenient in its location and shuttle to LAX. Parking spaces are generally wide and plentiful. But I’d suggest use the available discounts as it is expensive there versus other parking options in the area.
Covered parking. Easy to make reservations.
Convenience, fast shuttles, friendly drivers.
It's convenient. I get to/from the airport with ease. It's a well-oiled machine.
everything
Very easy to access from the app
Friendly and prompt service.
Nice staff
Everything, from the covered parking area to the fast and friendly service from your drivers. WE hardly had to wait at all for pickup at my car. And upon arriving back in Philadelphia, I didn't even have time to pull up the app and the driver was pulling up to baggage claim. Parking Spot is the best!!
Friendly professional service
Excellent service! Especially thankful for driver on return to our car, a bag got left behind and he waited for us to come to check out!
The shuttles to and from the lot are usually more frequent than other parking lots. The lots also seem safe.
Great to have people staffed to assist drivers if needed. the shuttle driver so helpful, above and beyond, he actually unloaded and loaded bags. quick and easy, I am not crazy about every thing on my phone, however the QR code worked great and good to have cc used if needed.
It was easy in and out! Bus service is quick and efficient!
Convenient location, easy in and out, and there's always an attendant to help if you need it!
I like that they meet you at your car to pick you and your luggage up and take you to the airport
