Takes the stress out of airport parking. BDL parking spaces can be very far away and I have very early flights. I don't like being in the dark in those areas and having to walk long distances, depending on where I park. Parking Spot makes me feel safer. And they are there for me, even at 3:30 am!

The staff is always friendly! They help me bring in and take out my bags. I’ve been coming to Parking Spot East since it opened and will continue to do so. Even though the driver can be late sometimes, they always apologize and explain why. I like honesty. Truly value it.
Easy to get to, quick shuttles, fair price
I know you now have tiers of service. The tier is whether or not you will pick me up and drop me off at my car. I typically go away for 14 to 20 days, leaving my car in your lot. You're asking me to pay extra every day that I'm parked there, every though you only pick me up once and drop me off once!!!
