The service was promt and on time, upon arrival to the lot, there was no wait, the driver was waiting for us, helped me with my heavy bag, and was very pleasant. Our return was also very promt a driver was waiting for us and helped load my bag, and a pleasure to talk to.
My only complaint is the walk from baggage claim to the designated pick up location.
However still love the service.
