A rather disturbing thing is that I saw in a bus 8 or 9 QR code pages asking for tip!!!!!! I wish you had fewer QR codes for tips on the buses. Are you not paying your employees well enough?
One Page with the QR Code would be enough.

Usually timely service. Friendly drivers, App is easy to use.. Will say i was quite disappointed in the service on Monday 6/29 in Atlanta - I parked in Premium covered (with a reservation) and had to wait 30 min for a shuttle...during which time I watched three or four shuttles come and go with two of those three actually driving past me while I stood by my car (they did not appear to be full). I ended up actually having to call the phone number as it appeared nobody was manning the "crow's next' type office where you can sit there and look out to see who might need a pick up..

The drivers and the gate personnel were friendly and helpful.
