Easy entry and exit. Your drivers very helpful and pleasant. Always easy to find the shuttle.
Everything except the app. 1) made a reservation and when we returned from our trip, was told that I needed to use a different card due to using an expired one. The staff said "You need to remove the expired one from the app". Well the expired one wasn't even in the app! 2) the app told me to call to arrange the return of my car. Then the app said "your car will be ready". Overall, the people are great. The app needs some help.

I have been parking at the Fly for the past 30 years. Miss Connie was there from the beginning. I can’t say enough about her and some of the team members like Mr. Jimmy, Rebel and others. I would not think about parking anywhere else.

The only negative review would be that The Parking Spot need to invest into new buses. The current buses are due for a renovation. They appear to be outdated and some of them do not have working air or heat.

It's very well organized using the app. Pickup was easy at PHX, and so was finding my car and driving away. I also appreciate the free cold water bottles after a long flight!
The shuttle to and from the airport was very timely. The drivers were wonderful. My driver who dropped me off on my return trip to my car even helped get my bags in my car. Wonderful service. This will now be my park and fly on every trip!
