The shuttle van is always available near my car when we arrive at the Parking Spot. I usually don't have to wait very long for a shuttle van after we land and pickup our luggage but on 10/1/26, we had to wait around an hour. I hope this is more an exception than a trend toward the norm.

I don’t like the dangerous exit from your west lot that requires a U turn to go back to Austin. Also the exit from 290 to get into your lot is not well marked and scary.

Convenience and friendly customer service

I highly recommend The Parking Spot-Sepulveda! The drivers are always so friendly and efficient, making the trip to and from the airport a breeze. There is ample parking availability, both inside and out, so I never have to worry about finding a spot. Their pricing is very competitive, and their Spot Rewards program is excellent—definitely a huge plus for frequent flyers!

The shuttle comes right to your “spot”. No need to look for it and makes me feel safer traveling alone.
