Making reservations is easy and efficient. Dropping off the car and getting the shuttle to the terminal is well organized and relatively quick and the recovery and departure upon return is also easy. Most of the drivers are very helpful and safe.

Covered spots and ease of parking. One suggestion: put car model as well as aisle number and parking spot on ticket to ensure correct drop-off spot. On a recent visit our car had an incorrect parking spot in the aisle.
