We always park at the Parking Spot at BDL because of: (1) The excellent customer service by your drivers. They are friendly, pick us up where we park, and help load luggage. (2) Your vans arrive quickly with short wait times. (3) You are located close to the airport. (4) Your cost is reasonable, especially for members. Outstanding!
The man that picked us up from the airport was very very helpful. He loaded our luggage on the bus then took it off and put it in my car. He then heard me mention how thirsty I was and gave us all a bottle of cold water. I think his name was Bob or something similar. Very polite man.
