It has become our go to. We like the location and especially the friendly service of the drivers!

From the moment I arrive, someone helps me with my luggage and getting it onto the shuttle. Then after checking in, I am dropped at my airline departure location. I call when I return and I am picked up and my car is waiting.
This time, I called and let them know I had taken an earlier flight and they said no problem, they would be right there. When I arrived my car wasn’t there. I didn’t mind since I was early. But after about 10 minutes, I asked one of the guys if he knew if my car was in the way. He went inside for about 5 minutes and then said they would get it. After another 5-10 minutes, another person came out and asked about my car and he went and got it. Just not what I was used to. He was very kind and when I started to load my luggage, he said no ma’am. I’ve got this. So he was more than accommodating.

I’ve used The Spot several times and have been very pleased with the staff, frequent buses, valet covered parking, car detailing, and reasonable prices. Did the Bradley parking garage On a short trip, wish I hadn’t. Dirty, did not feel safe arriving back late at night. I’ll stick with The Spot for multiple reasons!!!
