However, it’s incredibly difficult to understand why you cannot use points once your stat has begun. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for over a weeks stay and couldn’t use my FIVE free days because I didn’t make a reservation!! Incredibly frustrating and makes absolutely ZERO sense.

I love the Parking Spot at SFO. The workers are so friendly, organized, helpful with our luggage. The app is great to use the barcode to scan in and out. I love how the pick up van is ready for us when we arrive for drop off and pick up, too. All on the App. Thanks! I appreciate you.
