All of my recent, during the last year, times parking my car at the parking spot have gone in a seamless fashion. I really appreciate it. You make everything easy, and the shuttles run frequently and are well-maintained.

We had good shuttle service both going to and coming from the airport. The drivers were cordial and accommodating. Since we were gone for 15 days, the price actually was less than using Uber rides and I could drive my own car.
One recommendation would be to have 2 exit lanes, one for prepays and one for those who pay when exiting. Over the past few years, I have gotten delayed due a person not knowing how to pay.

Prompt shuttles
We didn't need to wait long to be picked up when we first parked our car and the shuttle came pretty quickly when we returned at the airport. We love that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off right in front of your car. The drivers and person at the gate are very nice and helpful.

I love the location. One block off the freeway, I'm parked, on the shuttle & I don't have to drive in the airport traffic? especially now with the construction project going on.
