The driver was quick to pick me up when I dropped off the car. Plus it was very easy to use.

Departure and arrival both went very smoothly. Convenient location plus frequent busses to the airport make this my goto parking spot.

Easy to use. Shuttle picks up and drops off. My only complaint is the drop off is at the far end and you have to walk from the opposite end of the airport to the other to get to security and check in. I’m sure it’s due to the airport. I would still recommend for travelers that need somewhere safe and secure to park for their trips.

very convenient nice, covered parking to protect against the crazy storms. shuttle drivers are all great and hard working. I have never waited very long for a shuttle to go either way and with the APP getting in and out is always quick. Tip your drivers as they always get you as close as possible to the vehicle and help with your bags.

What I like: That it runs around the clock, The bus drivers are amazing, helpful and always friendly. I trust my car is safe and do not have to worry about that.

Suggestion: The man who was managing the exit gate when I came back late night, was impatient and borderline rude. I did not need that after a flight that was delayed twice that day.

In support of his rudeness, I was not finding my printed page with the QR Code when I wanted to drive out. I got frantic and asked if I can ask the bus driver for the QR ticket I handed him, but he told me no, and to move my car out of the way. That's all legit, but he needs to be trained to work with people who had a long flight, are tired my late night, and lie me who immediately went into panic state when I couldn't find the paper. I ended up finding it, showing it to him and he told me to go scan it. I was left wondering where exactly do I scan that big paper.

Rant over, next time I will do the right thing, now knowing what and how it needs to be done, but I hope for a friendly, understanding and helpful person at the gate.
