This is the second time we have used The Parking Spot service & we have been very happy both times. The shuttle was very prompt to pick us up at our car upon arrival & the drive to the airport was short & quick. The drivers were very courteous & helpful as were the attendants at the gates. The service was promt and on time, upon arrival to the lot, there was no wait, the driver was waiting for us, helped me with my heavy bag, and was very pleasant. Our return was also very promt a driver was waiting for us and helped load my bag, and a pleasure to talk to.
My only complaint is the walk from baggage claim to the designated pick up location.
However still love the service.

At the moment the price point is great for short, or extended stay. Transportation to and from the airport is regularly on time and drivers are available to jelp those that need assistance.
