Overall value where covered parking, service-oriented drivers are professional and at the conclusion of the stay a car wash is available.

It's the easiest thing in the world. I park. You pick me up quickly and you help load my luggage in the shuttle. Then you drive me to the airport in a warm shuttle with a very courteous driver. The you drop me off at my airplane door, help me unload and then you say have a good trip!! Coming home you meet me at the pickup spot, help me load, drive me back to my car and help me unload.

All this and it's cheaper than taking a UBER both ways.

Oh but wait, the lady at the gate is awesome. If you forget your UR code on your phone she's very helpful to get you in and out and always has a smile on her face and something nice to say.

It has made my traveling very nice and easy.

Convenience & Service

I would like more attention in both English and Spanish; there are many people who aren't very fluent in English, though the company is very efficient.

The drivers are pleasant and the service works well. I do wish the pickup points were closer to the pedestrian crossover.

Very convenient. Excellent drivers. I also really appreciate having the name and QR code in the vehicle to give the driver a tip. Many times, I do not have cash on me, so using my cell phone to provide a tip is very convenient. I wish there was a way to inform the driver that I did tip them. Getting off the bus and not handing them a tip is a little uncomfortable. What I had done in the past is just say "Are you Ryan?". Maybe that gives them the idea that I did tip them online??

The availability of the service

Your shuttle never makes us wait to be picked up more than 1-2 minutes and your staff are very friendly and helpful. They even helped us jump our dead battery..the only objection I have is the price--it just keeps getting more expensive even with my discounts.

As always, the bus was at our car as soon as we pulled into the lot, and when we exited the airport it was there also. Our flight was cancelled coming home so we stayed past our original date and time and I was concerned about that. It turned out to be quite simple. When we left the lot the extra day was just added on, I tapped my card and we were on our way. Have used The Parking Spot at Newark and Philadelphia and have never had an issue.
