The Parking Spot is wonderful and convenient. The drivers are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. The parking areas are easily navigable. They also have a free car wash. The Parking Spot is my go-to for parking.

Your drivers are top tier and provide a great customer experience. I didn't have to wait for a shuttle. However, on my exit the card reader didn't work. The attendant noted that I could only use a physical card. The machine should have informed me so I didn't have to waste so much time to exit since there was only one attendant and several people needing to back up to speak with the attendant. Still I will use the Parking Spot and recommend to others.

It has allways been easy and fast to get from my truck to my terminal and back from baggage claim to my truck at both the south dfw location and the love field location and reasonably priced and it’s nice just to get picked up at the truck and dropped off at the terminal and getting brought back to the truck when I return from my trip

The price. I do think you need to fix the signage in the parking garage. It’s very difficult to figure out how to get out. The exit signs are not in places that are easily visible.

The facility is conveniently located on Essingto Avenue close to Philadelphia International Airport. It nice to be able to park in the covered section. The staff and shuttle drivers are very pleasant and helpful.
