Friendly and helpful drivers! Both times, when we left STL on the 22nd and returned on the 29th the driver helped with getting our luggage on/off the shuttle.

Side note: Separately I will add that when being dropped at the Southwest terminal it is frustrating to be dropped so far from door #1. The drivers says they are told to drop passengers at door #3, the furthest location from check-in. We always have luggage and have to drag it across the terminal to check our bags. Can we compromise on door #2 at least?

Very professional and prompt service. Very helpful in assisting me with the luggage being loaded and unloaded from the bus.
Dropped us off at the airport in front of the correct terminal and on our return, dropped us off directly in front of our car and offered to load our luggage into our vehicle.

Your staff is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The shuttles were arriving super quickly on the return, which was great. Your parking lot is a bit of a disaster, however. I understand it's a work in progress, but getting out of there is a bit of a nightmare. Otherwise, great job, great experience!
