Very organized and safe. The directions and small discount I got using my American Express card was helpful. I had a prompt ride in a shuttle to and from the airport.

Pick up at parking place and drop off at your gate is very good.
Pick up at the airport on Wednesday night 9:00pm was very delayed (35-45 minutes) at Terminal D.
Several Premium/North vans came by but no South vans came for a long time. I am not sure what happened but we had already had a long day flying international with 1 hr 20 min drive to get home. That delay was frustrating. I know there is construction ongoing. But several other north Parking spot vans were coming and going.

I like it when I do not have to wait for a bus too long coming or going. Also drivers are very curtious and helpful.
