You all have gotten much better. I almost stopped parking there as there seemed to be staffing issues with delayed shuttles on pick up at both the parking spot and the airport. But the last few times I went it has been much much better, keep up the great work!

Pick up and drop off were very quick and I liked that they dropped us off ay our car on the return trip.

We lost the parking spot ticket. Our driver completely understood, and drove us to where we thought our car was. Thankfully it was found within 2 minutes. I would park here again and again. I have never been disappointed. The employees are friendly and caring.

You can track the bus that picks you upon your return ride back to your car. I'm ready for another trip and will be using The Parking Spot again.

I had an error in my fee and it was taken care of and refund given within 48 hours, great customer service.

The shuttle was waiting at the entrance of the parking lot and followed me to my car, I did not have to wait for a shuttle to take me to the airport. I waited less than 10 minutes to be picked up from the airport.

Very easy and comfortable the driver are always nice and helpful. Get to the airport about 15 minutes after you drive into the lot.

It was car door - to car door service! The 3 of us had 3 carryons and 3 body bag / baseball catcher-equipment very large bags to manuever. One of us was unable to lift no more than his personal bag, so it was such a blessing to have that car-to-door assistance. The drivers, both going to the airport and coming from the airport was such a help. Thank you!

You are doing a nice job. I really like the number of shuttles available when we show up at the lot or returning from a flight. In fact, that is why we use TPS. One time I watched 3 shuttles go by from TPS before a shuttle for the lot I used arrived. That made the decision for me. Since then the service has been good. I didn't like all the app based stuff at first, but some of that was related to issues with the functionality of the parking control hardware/software. Lately, that has not been an issue. I appreciate having a person at the main booth when we arrive.

Convenient location to the airport the only issue is we had to wait several minutes for a shuttle to pick us up to take us to the airport. The pick up from the airport on a return flight and back to the parking spot was amazing but it’s very nerve-racking when you’re traveling to be worried about getting to the airport.

Everyone at The Parking Spot are friendly and helpful. The men who drive the shuttle are always smiling and helpful with heavy luggage. Upon return, my car is ready and all I have to do it get in and drive away!

There are plenty of buses, and I rarely have to wait too long for one to arrive at the airport. The lot is conveniently located close to the airport. The staff is friendly and courteous. The rates acknowledge me as a frequent Parker.

I like the rewards program. I wish there was an exit gate where the premium indoor parking is. Like an easy gate like lot South B. It is so far to drive to exit. Please update that gate to be an exit.
