They take the luggage out of our car and put it in their truck, drive us to the airport and then remove the luggage and bring it to the gate, and pick us up at the airport after we return and drive us back to the parking spot to pick up our car after removing the luggage and putting it back in their truck

We travel from Lufkin, Texas to IAH several times a year to flights around the US and the world. We are only 2 hrs. away. The Spot 2 is very convenient. Parking there is our routine. The shuttles are a hassle free way to deal with the ongoing construction.
Easy-to-use
Your service is great. However, one very early morning upon trying to enter your lot, something was interrupting my service to pull up the code on my phone. The attendant could not offer an alternate solution to my gaining access. Fortunately, after holding up the line, I was able to access the code. What happens if i forget my phone ? There is no way to look up my reservation? The attendant was not aware of any!!

The Parking Spot south is a great location for folks who drive up from Tucson. Shuttle drivers are wonderful and knowledgeable and the lot is so close to the airport. The lot is secure and covered parking is so helpful during the summer months.
