The people at the gate and driving the busses are friendly and helpful, and my car is covered from the weather. Also, it is very easy to get to and from the airport. The bus picks you up and drops you off at your car.

I liked the covered spot.
Fast shuttle service. The only problem I have had was not being able to call for the shuttle after 11:00 pm. The shuttle was still running but I had no way of knowing. Otherwise, the service is great, much better than the previous lot I used. The covered parking is a plus too.
Everything is always smooth and efficient.

First time parking there, and I had a great experience! The lot was almost at full capacity, so I was a little nervous about finding a spot in time to catch my flight. However, the worker went out of her way to make sure I found a parking spot. Everyone ( shuttle driver, etc) was so nice, helpful, and courteous. I will definitely park there again!

Fast and easy to get in and out. The app is great for locating the shuttles
