Quick and easy

Easy drop off and frequent shuttles. Your drivers are all so nice. Car is almost always waiting for me when I get off the shuttle at valet.

Every time I use The Parking Spot South it works smoothly. A shuttle is always there either waiting for me or picking up customers prior to me. I am always a little nervous arriving but there has never been an issue yet. I plan to continue using The Parking Spot and recommending them to others for ease of airport parking.

OMG - your attendant Angela Palmer was absolutely amazing! I couldn't find my email to scan and she took her time to find it. Could have cost me a lot more money. She was fantastic. The drivers were awesome as well, Putting my luggage in my car (and it was heavy) and so polite.

Usually, the experience is very good but this time around we had to wait the better part of 23 minutes before another parking lot two bus came.

Fast and convenient

This is the first time that we had to wait a longer period of time for a domestic pick-up as several buses drove by. Finally, we walked to the drive between covered and open parking. We were picked up, the driver phoned another bus, and we sat for a few minutes, as the other driver turned around. We were transferred to the other bus. We have parked here for years, and this is a first.

As a point of reference, this is an exception, as service is normally very good.
