When we returned to PHL, the shuttle was there. I also appreciate that when we park at the North parking lot, a shuttle arrived to take us to the airport within minutes, even when it is 4 am.

Fast pickup at my car when I arrive and drop off right at the airport door. I also like the covered parking.

The convenience of having parking close and adding up time for free days.

There was a parking space for us on the bottom floor! Your drivers are the BEST. The gal on 6/20, (around 8:00AM) super upbeat, happy, great sense of humor. The gentleman on the way back, (Yasir? around 6:30 PM ) on 6/27. was v calm and professional. Took our bags, loaded and unloaded them for us. Maybe that's par for the course but I was not expecting that. Great drivers in that mad traffic. You must have a great training program for that. Also, Yasir found a phone on the bus after everyone unloaded. It wasn't ours but I noticed he did find it's thankful owner. When we were leaving, I could not believe my eyes to see the water in a small fridge before exit. What a small gesture that made a huge difference in our 5 hour drive back home for the better. Who thought of that idea, give them another raise! Give your drivers a raise, too! Gracias, Parking Spot!

Convenient. Efficient. Safe.

I never have any trouble booking the dates I need. When we get to the Spot the driver is prompt and courteous. I even have my own jingle for the Spot I like it so much.

Drivers are friendly and helpful. Shuttles come around frequently enough so you don't wait too long.

I had to travel last minute to NY (less than 24 hours notice) and needed to leave my car at the airport. After a little AI research, the Parking Spot was recommended and you happened to have a Plus spot available at a great rate (I believe it was only $90.65 for 7 days). Even though we went with the more economical "self park" option, there was a shuttle there as soon as we parked who actually pulled up to our car and waited for us to be ready. The attendant loaded out suitcases on with a smile and gave us a card with our spot on it, so that we would remember. He asked us what airline and made sure to drop us off at near check in. On the return, it was a little trick finding the right exit door and then a bit of a walk to get around the fenced off area to reach the shuttles (both airport issues), but when we made it to the designated lane, there was our original shuttle driver waiting for us. He again, loaded our bags and asked for our original card. The shuttles were clean and comfortable and when we pulled into our lot, most of the passengers got off the bus to wait for valet. Our driver took us right to our car and helped us off again. Tipping was a no brainer, but I had run out of cash on our trip and they had a handy QR code to show our appreciation. AND the cherry on the entire experience was exiting the lot, easily paying at the drive through kiosk and discovering a thoughtful last touch of a fridge loaded with complimentary bottled water to hydrate after the long journey. We would definitely use them again and refer them to others!

The process is quick, I parked around 4am and the bus was already waiting for me to take me to the airport. It was easy to find a spot and it was easy to get to the parking lot.

Great facility, travel to and from airport is excellent-plenty of busses running to limit wait time either way
