Great service, love the discounts prior to, to get a good price for valet.
I would if possible ask why can't payment be taken once arrive and check in at valet if I forgot to pay in advance. I know I just need to do that in advance myself, just not sure if actually taking the trip, so why I sometimes don't pay in advance.

The ease of making my reservation to the door to door service at the parking lot and the wonderful, friendly staff driving. Also the ease of using my code for entry and exit. Everything is so streamlined.
We loved the entire experience! Parking was fast and easy, we got picked up right at our car, taken to the airport right away, did not have to wait long for the shuttle to pick us up when we got back, we did share the bus with a few people when we got back but it was still super fast getting off the bus. Will definitely use this service again!!
Online reservations are super simple! I always receive promotional emails and discounts right when I need them. I love being picked up right from my vehicle and dropped off right at my vehicle when I return. I've only had one time when I've had to wait more than just a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive--departing or returning. The staff is always very courteous and is extra helpful to my husband who needs ADA assistance.

The location is convenient and easy access. The pricing is okay compared to other parking options. I appreciate the friendly and efficient drivers. My only negative comment is that all the times I’ve parked there I’m waiting for a long time for a bus to pick me up. This last time is was a really cold day! This does not seem to happen in Parking 1.
