I never worry about my vehicle here. I am often told which row to go to to find an open spot upon entering and there is always a shuttle right there as I am parking. And to be dropped off at your vehicle when you return from your trip is nice! And I can always find a Groupon to reduce my cost.

Easy to reserve for myself and my son (6 total), pickup took a bit (waited for about 15 minutes - had to ask a driver just coming on to pick us up). Driver was very helpful in getting us and all our luggage onboard. Had plenty of time to pass through security and catch our flight.
Upon arrival back in Orlando, however, was a very different story. After recovering our luggage in MCO, we got to the pickup area in terminal B around 8-8:15pm. I watched the shuttles moving in your app and saw at least 5 shuttles go to terminal A before ANY came to B (only 1). I estimate there were at least 30-35 people waiting for a shuttle just from The Parking Spot, while several came from other companies, at least three or four from Fast Park alone, while the majority of us waited for YOUR shuttles. My daughter and I made several calls to the local site and were assured that shuttles were on their way as I watched them on the app go to Terminal A yet again. Finally, after an hour and a half, there were two shuttles that came up from the south (is there another parking area there?) and one more from the north that were able to accomodate the majority of us waiting. Our party waited well over an hour and we were not alone, many of those calling the local site as well. In fact, the site stopped taking our calls. I do not know what has changed as I've been using your offsite parking for several years, but service has definitely diminished in the past year.
Convinced, safety of your vehicle and the pricing not bad, especially with the discount offering received through email.
