Just as described. Shuttle picks you up and drops you off. First time flying out of Love Field so I had to ask where to go to get back to the shuttle that was the only complicated part. There should be so type of sign that says The Parking Spot. I would definitely use again.
For a guy who travels for work. They make life easier and I respect what they do. Because I don't always have cash for a tip but I still get great service.
