I great price and very fast pickup both ways
Service was quick and easy. Pickup and drop off right at your car.
Friendly drivers and entrance staff - quality of EV parking is getting better too!
Quick, convenient, reliable service!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Parking Plus. Always excellent customer service. I fly out every month and people remember me, my car is ALWAYS there when I come back, trunk open, and ready to go. I'm always offered water. Truly 10/10 experience. Thank you!
Just super predictable and consistent and not too pricey.
The ride to the airport was great; the man that drove the shuttle was professional and helped with my luggage and everyone elses luggage. The name posted in the shuttle was "Brian J". However the pickup from the airport was not as great; was a female that did not assist anyone with luggage and no name was posted in the shuttle:(

Nice drivers and timely shuttle buses
I like having my vehicle parked in a safe and reliable spot. I also like being transported to the terminal so I don't have to figure out how to get there. Being dropped off at my vehicle after a long trip is also a huge benefit -- no worries on remembering where I parked.
Great customer service! I will use Parking Spot every time I fly!
Appreciated the upgrade the day before my scheduled South Park appointment.
Also, I enjoyed the service at the South location, where the office attendant helped us find our car after we couldn't find our parking ticket. All worked out quickly. Thank You!

The Parking Spot is super convenient and the shuttle to and from the airport is great. The drivers are courteous and helpful. The shuttles run with great frequency to ensure that you get to your terminal quickly. Will definitely park here again.
I like the professional and friendly staff, and the cost for the great service I get.
The fact that your shuttle driver knows that we just entered and quickly meets us by our car. Outstanding service!
