Flexible, several choices, easy, reasonable rates, and efficient.
When we arrived to pick up our car, we came to find that it would not start. All of the drivers and the lady in the booth were beyond helpful and kind. The driver's tried to jump start my car, but we were unsuccessful. We ended up having to call a toe truck and had to wait almost 6 hours for them to arrive. During this wait time, the lady in the booth allowed us to take shelter in the office, and her and ALL of the driver's were very kind, and periodically checked on us to see if we needed anything. Everyone that worked on December 3rd, 2025 at the Parking Spot 2 location were exemplary and deserve recognition for going above and beyond their job description. Thank you to all of you from my wife and I.

Been using the Parking Spot for years, both at LAX and PHOENIX.... only way to go!! So easy to drive to the Parking Spot, leave your car, take the shuttle to the airport, and get dropped off at your airline. Have never had a problem coming or going!!
