Parking attendance for helpful in ensuring I could get the gate open with my cell phone. The bus drivers were cordial, helpful and prompt in moving us to the airport and back. The email reminder with the parking Icon worked well.

Fast and great service
Usually quick with the pick up and plenty of room. Need more vans on Sunday evenings though because we had to ride on a Spot #1 bus because they didn't have enough drivers for #2. The lines need to be better marked because there is a lot of confusion for some when the lines are long. Several times we have been in the #2 line and it goes into the #1 line. Maybe some more signage would help?

It’s easy to book online. Then you drive in, they tell where to park, the van picks you up at your car, and off you go!
Pick up at the airport is also easy. Go out Door 5, and if the van isn’t there, it’s only a short wait.
Back to the parking area, right to your car, and off you go!

Quick and easy process from reservations to riding the shuttle to and from the airport. The only negative is that the stations when leaving don't allow tap-to-pay.
