How easy it is to get to your airline terminal and after traveling takes you right to your car safety is concern when traveling alone I have never felt unsafe using this services and not walking around airport parking alone after long flights with delays

it's always easy to park and shuttle over. The scan out and pay as you exit wasn't working properly, but someone came over to help me out.
Love the conscience and safety aspects of the parking spot
You are just a mile from LAX and your shuttles are frequent. It was a good experience. My only recommendation would be to add signage that tells travelers.where to get the shuttle once you park.

It use to be a quick in and out. This time it takes more time to get in and out due to all the construction. It would have been nice to know. It took us around 30 more minutes to get to and from our car.
