After dropping off the other returnees my driver took five minutes driving me around while I hit the panic button on my key fob and we finally got the horn to sound. Great customer care!

I paid for a covered parking spot, but the lady sent me to an uncovered spot instead. I parked in line Y12.
I was not in a mood to really fight back. And I really like to park my car at your place, so you are not going to lose a customer just for that. I always recommend you guys.

I like being able to reserve a “Parking Spot” in advance and the convenience of paying quickly upon exiting without having to use an attendant.
