The convenience is most important. The shuttle drivers are pleasant. And the gate attendant is always welcoming.

Good
The driver wrote down our exact spot, was quick to find us. very pleasant and smiling
Just a reminder that the shuttle driver should drop off passengers at the door closest to the security checkpoint which is closest to the gate of departure. I was dropped off at the gate I requested curbside not realizing that the security checkpoint was another 200-300 yards away. The checkpoints are the funnel into the gates so proximity to those locations is more important than being dropped curbside to the gate number at curbside.
Awesome customer service! close to airport and the $ price was great

Great drivers as well as convenience and AAA discount.
Very easy to get shuttle and timing was just right

Excellent Service and Convenient Location!
The Parking Spot #1 in St. Louis is extremely convenient, as it is located directly across from the airport. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Mr. Demetrius for his outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient as he answered my questions when I was exiting the facility.
His kindness and willingness to help truly made a positive impression on me. Between the convenient location and the exceptional customer service, I will absolutely continue using this location. Thank you, Mr. Demetrius, for making my experience such a pleasant one!
Convenient, good price and drivers are helpful and courteous.
