The convenience, the great service and the choices for parking options
Good value, good service, very convenient, easy access.
I like that I am picked up and dropped off at my car. Also the parking lot is covered which is nice regardless of the weather.
Easy entry, prompt and very helpful.
Overall a great experience for our first time on their lot. Only disappointed that we were charged for an extra day after being only 7 min.past our projected return. It seems there should be a larger window as we can never predict flights, luggage, etc. W
Every single thing from parking, to the shuttle to the airport, to the prompt pick up when I return, and the shuttle back to my car. It’s also a very well lit parking lot so I feel safe when I’m alone. My only problem with Parking Spot is that it has gotten so expensive.
Convenient parking lot south of the airport. Drivers professional and friendly, vans comfortable and efficient, short wait times both directions.
Very easy to consult and to schedule.
No hassle good drivers
Easy in and out
Frequency of van pickup is great!
First time parking here. Everything went so smoothly and professionally. We retuned to the lot with a dead battery. We were so thankful that the Parking Spot offers free battery jump. Will definitely stay there again.
Very convenient
My experience was smooth in every way. Easy entrance to my parking spot, quick shuttle service each way, and efficient exit. Thanks!
The convenience of getting to the airport.
Very convenient and easy to use. Drivers were great!
Fast and convenient service to the airport and competitive prices.
It’s really convenient and fast! The pick up is easy too. I would recommend this parking service.
Just recently, I noticed delays in pickup in the covered area. This has historically not been the case. Have you decreased the number of buses in service?
Car to airport door service
Convince and service
Easy to park and get dropped off. Drivers are great - very helpful with luggage, etc. Frequent pick ups so you don't have to wait and unreasonable amount of time when coming home.
Very friendly & responnsive staff, easy to navigate parking lots, and timely busses with less than 15 minutes wait times.🤗
The staff is always very friendly and helpful
Quick parking and shuttle from car to TSA. Wonderful and kind drivers.
Sometimes only one shuttle later in the evening or at night, but still very good service
Easy to use.
The easiness of parking and someone taking you to the airport and then picking you up.
