The drivers are friendly and helpful. The pick up at the car and at the terminal have always been prompt. You are given a card with your parking spot indicated and dropped off right at your car. I love it!

Really convenient. 5 minute shuttle and you get dropped off right at the terminal. So it's a time saver. Drivers get your bags on and off the shuttle. And I have had some really late flights arring in the early morning and still no issue with getting picked up.

Your covered parking is done! What a spectacular upgrade. The driver was awesome - gave general instructions/expectations to the bus as we were leaving, and was very helpful. I understand the efficiency and airport policy, but maybe a fallout on the sign/marker to expect people to exit the bus before getting on (like an elevator) would help the confusion now that the drop off and pick-up are at the same place, and the same time. Thanks!
