As we arrived back to Austin two hours late, we seen a shuttle for the East parking area so I asked the driver about a shuttle for the West lot and he said it would be along soon. I must have looked hot and exhausted because the driver was so kind to offer us water while we waited and helped with our luggage once the other shuttle arrived. I did not get his name but I was very grateful for his help. I just wanted to let you know you have some amazing drivers. Thank you!

The employees were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. I especially like that we were told which row to park in and given a ticket with our parking space on it for when we returned. Absolutely fabulous forethought on the part of Cleveland Airport!!
