I love the ease of the app and scanning in to go park. I wish the parking spots were angled with one way lanes. It’s hard to park sometimes and may take three or four back and forths to get in the spot. An angle would help. That’s my only complaint and it’s a small one
The drivers are very helpful with luggage.
I like that it’s convenient and I know where to go although the woman last time I was on the shuttle bus did not get up to help me with my luggage or even want to help. I expect someone to be ready, willing and able to help me that’s why I pay extra to park there.

I like how easy it was to make reservations, locate the parking spot and catch the shuttle to my terminal. Then when I returned the shuttle picked me up at the terminal and delivered me to my car. I would not hesitate to use Parking Spot again in future travels.

This parking facility is the most convenient with respect to beltway 8. The shuttles arrive promptly at the parking facility and the terminal. Drivers are helpful loading and unloading baggage from the shuttles.
