The facility is competitively priced and close to the airport. The bus ride back is rough. Bumpy. Loud. The flexible windows cause concussion with every bump. After a long international flight, the bus ride to the parking lot can make my stomach turn. I want that ride to be as short as possible.

Convenient and friendly staff

I have regularly park with you (5-6 yr) and have never had an issue. However, after my most recent trip I found my vehicle damaged by some careless person who hit my car and didn't leave a note.
I know it would be an investment to put in cameras on all the rows and although it won't eliminate theft or people hitting cars, I would imagine that it would minimize things.
It sure would be great to be able to pull video footage and see who did the damage and hold them accountable. I'm sure I'm not the only one, I hope this helps persuade the powers that be to install some cameras. Thank you.

The convenience of this service is great. I just started using Parking Spot after years of flying through BWI & Philly airports. The drivers are always helpful & pleasant. I don't have to wait by my vehicle for very long to be picked up. The shuttle vans aren't crowded like I was always experiencing with the airport shuttles. Pick up locations on arrival are easy to get to and wait time has typically been under 10 minutes. The majority of my experiences have been for business travel but have used the Parking Spot for some personal travel and it has taken the stress off of getting travel companions where we need to be without added stress.

The Parking Spot is always consistent. Great service, always dependable.

The driver generated card with your parking location is a great idea...but it would be nice to have more pole and ground markers for customer reference.

I like that I can choose covered, on-premises parking at a fraction of the price of the garages, and it comes with door-to-door service. It’s convenient, and decently priced by comparison.
