Efficient and there when you are suppose to be.

I especially like that for the Priority parking lot, the bus driver will help me with my luggage onto the shuttle bus. However, one time, a couple of years ago, the driver did not offer to help with the luggage at all. But, this last particular time I used the Priority parking lot, the driver was very helpful with my luggage.

Convenient! Picked up from my parking spot super quickly. Only had to wait about 10 minutes at the airport. When I got dropped off at my car, I had a flat tire. Your driver came to my rescue and brought me an airpump at 11:30pm after a long day of travel. I was able to go home thanks to him! I’ll always be a customer now.

I can reserve an uncovered spot on line. The covered spots are very popular. When you arrive the attendent provides parking instructions. You are picked up by your vehicle, given a card with your parking spot. When you return from your flight go to the designated area, call for a shuttle if not there. The driver takes the card with your parking spot and drops you off at your vehicle.
Driver also load your luggage onto the shuttle.
If you have problems checking in or out with the parking meter the attendant will assist.
Sometimes receive discounts and free parking days.
Attendants snd drivers have been very customer oriented.

Parking is super convenient. I especially highly recommend valet if it’s within your price range it really makes a difference when you’re one of those panicky travelers stressed about finding parking or remembering where your keys or car is parked at 10 o’clock at night when you’re flying back home. I’ve never had any issues with theft or damages to my car when parked there and my other recommendation is to download and use the app. It’s great when you arrive home as it lets them know to pull your car and get it ready for you if you choose valet, but also let them know to send a shuttle in your direction to pick you up.
