Quick and easy pickup at our car and returning outside baggage claim. Best service ever in jumping our car battery. When we returned from vacation our car wouldn’t start. Within 5 min, they came out and jumped our battery. We were set to go. Highly recommend JFK location and all the friendly staff.

Premium Covered Parking worked great for me!
I had previously used the uncovered parking and was told to park in the last row as far away from the entrance as you can get. A shuttle never came down my row although I could see them running in other rows. I finally called the phone number for Parking Spot East and told them where I was and that no shuttles had come by me, and they had a shuttle come pick me up. I nearly missed my flight and was very dissatisfied with my experience

The Parking Spot website is easy to navigate and make a reservation. When leaving the lot, we were offered water for the trip home.

Parking with The Parking Spot is so much easier than trying to deal with the long term parking at the airport. The shuttles are constantly roving; we've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be picked up. We don't have to walk to a central shuttle stop, dragging our suitcases. The driver picks us up at our car, helps us with our luggage, and gives us a card with the exact location of our car to make the return easier. The shuttles are clean and the drivers are nice.The distinctive pattern of the shuttles makes it easy to spot at the airport. We've never had a bad experience with The Parking Spot!

Quick easy access

Everything went smooth and as expected. Check in/out with the app was very easy and efficient. Attendant politely directed me to available parking. Shuttle drivers were very helpful with our bags and provided a safe and comfortable ride to and from the airport. Our pickup was very late on NYE and the driver was just as polite and helpful as usual. We didn't have to wait long for a shuttle.

I like the ability to earn points to free stays, and 99% of the time the van drivers and amazing- very polite, helpful, and fun!
