Very efficient, very helpful drivers.
Very easy and affordable
I can readily reserve a spot...like to do so ahead of time...and there has always been a space for us. The shuttle is there when we arrive, sometimes upon return from BDL a shuttle is full, but if you look down the road, there's another one just waiting to pull down to where they pick passengers up. No matter what time of day or night, the shuttle has been there when it says it will be. I note here that when we do self check in the driver gives us a business card with our space number on it, which is good (seniors do forget sometimes). When we return, grab our checked luggage, and check to see if I need to call, usually I don't because the shuttle is there.
What I dislike is people who do not tip the driver that lugs the heavy bags onto the shuttle....my rule of thumb is...$5 per bag less than most people's a.m. beverages... (I make coffee at home, no Dunkin' or Starbucks for us)

Wait times were good on both ends, staff were friendly and the bus was clean and comfortable. It was good to see new drivers being trained too, there were two employees on both buses.
