Last trip the driver knew we were a party of 8 because we called when we were ready but when the shuttle came he called for our group of 8 but others jumped in and then there was not room for us. It was very cold and we had to wait for another2 shuttles til there was room for us. There needs to be a better way of servicing those who called to be picked up and those who didn’t. Not fair.

I like the fact that when I get there, I am usually picked up and taken to the airport quickly. My last trip when I got back, the van was waiting at the curb when I came out. Everybody that works there is very friendly.
I’ve been using your service for 3 years. Everyone has been so nice. I like paying ahead when I get a notification that I’m getting a percentage off! I usually travel alone and sometimes late night returns. I have always felt safe on the shuttle and in the lot. Thank you peace of mind.
