The drivers were quick, safe, and kind.

Love that the shuttle drivers come to my car and gets my suitcase and puts it on the shuttle and back in my car on my return. All shuttle drivers I have had are very friendly.

Drop off and pick up is pretty prompt. I like having covered parking. Drivers are generally great.

Note: The driver who picked us up Dec. 27 drove right by us and didn't help with the luggage. I was pretty amazed. Not sure what her deal was.
