Easy to book with the app

I loved having help with my luggage and being dropped off at my car. Only downside was the meeting instructions. Baggage claim was on the lowest level, but the instructions said to go down a level. Then walking to door 7 seemed far. Employees were friendly and helpful!

Timely, efficient

I received great service from the time we entered the parking place up until we left. The drivers were very nice and prompt. I like the new water bottle station. Nice touch!

Check in for the Spot 2 uncovered parking at Dallas Love field was pretty simple. Also liked the reminders before the arrival dates and times. Also upon arriving on 01/01/2026 at 10:00 A.M. the attendant who was on duty, was so courteous. And also on the return side on 01/03/2026 again a different attendant at around 4:30 or 5:00 P.M. was also very polite. Made my trip worth it! Thank you. MIKE HEIN

Fast and easy, and the shuttle was right outside on my return trip. I landed at 10 pm, and didn't have to wait to get picked up and taken to the lot.

I like how easy it is to book my reservation through the app. I like to book the Premium parking when I can - especially in the cold months. The only down-side is that you have to drive around 1/2 the lot before you can get back under the covered side so you can check out. It would be nice if I could go out and directly into the covered area (just like when I come in). Since this is premium service I would expect premium convenience, not make it harder for me to pay & exit.
