Drivers are great
Everything went smoothly! Drivers were very helpful picking us up and getting us to our cars! Thank you
Easy access
Friendly service
My AAA travel agent said she uses your services when she flies out of Pittsburgh.
Love that the driver picks you up at your car and drop you off at your car on your return. We always use The Parking Spot when we fly out of BWI.
Easy parking and airport transfers.
Simple with no waiting.
Employee attitude. It was the best.
When I step outside of the airport to get on the shuttle, there were a lot of people waiting for the Spot shuttle! I could not get on the first two shuttle buses because of how quickly they filled up. But to my surprise, the third shuttle came along within 10 mins or less! Get service and the drivers are always friendly.
You are my one and only choice when I fly out of Bradley.
Thank you
Less expensive and always reliable.
The customer service and water bottles at the end

The whole process was quick and easy
Talisha is an outstanding team member... she is friendly, very helpful, professional, and provides exceptional customer service. I had made a mistake with booking multiple reservations, and she went above and beyond to figure things out for me. She made what could have been a negative experience into a great experience!! Thank you, Talisha. And the manager, Kevin, was terrific too! They both made me feel like a valued customer, not a nuisance! Thank you!

It was a quick process to book parking. The drivers come pick you up where you park and hand you a card with your spot number. They drop you off at your vehicle as well. Exit was simple as well and there's a live person available in case you need assistance. Very smooth process and would recommend.
