I like the convenience of being able to make an on line reservation. Driving in without a problem and someone taking my car. I then like the convenience of shuttle pick up and the car is waiting for you at the parking area.
This specific trip I waited what seemed a long time after dropping off my car in the parking area for the shuttle to the terminal to arrive. I was worried about getting through TSA in time for my flight. Others in line expressed the same concern There were more people waiting than would comfortably fit in the shuttle. Then my flight was delayed so it did not matter but hopefully this was a one time thing but if it happens again it would cause me to stop using Park and Fly
I would also use a car wash service if it were available but I understand this may be more trouble for you than benefit.

My car was safe and sound for 8 days and I got an incredible deal with long stay discounts. I also lived that they have a shuttle to and from the airport that takes you right where you need to be

It was very convenient, and the driver was very nice and interacted with us. The van was there as soon as we arrived at baggage claim. This location is smaller and was easy to navigate.I have used the North location in the past and liked the South lot better.
They were ready to take us to the airport and we didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes for pickup.

Once you learn the tricks: book early, QR code, watch for special rates, learn where the elevators are, etc. it’s easy in and out. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Waiting for the tram back is the unknown factor. Sometimes quick and other times a long wait.
