We feel The Parking Spot West is a safe place for our vehicle. Prompt pickup at our vehicle and ride to airport. Then dropoff at our vehicle upon returning. We are happy you placed signs in the airport pick up area. It seems you could probably use a few more shuttles for airport pickup.

I feel my car is safe and it is very close to the terminal at Dallas Love Field. The drivers were particularly helpful and friendly, personable and I enjoyed my short ride very much. Each earned a nice tip. Once I found the pick up location at the terminal (on my return), I was very quickly given a ride without any delays.

Everything was great...EXCEPT for our pickup. We called to say we were at Terminal A at 1:32 AM on Mon Nov 3 and stood outside on a late and chilly night until 2:15 for our pickup. This is truly unacceptable but everything else about The Parking Spot is great.

Everyone is friendly. The app is very easy to use and it makes checking in and out very fast and easy.

The location was straightforward to find. Upon arrival, I was able to park my car curbside, grab my luggage, and almost immediately hop on the shuttle to the airport. Upon returning from my trip, my car was waiting for me all warmed up. I would absolutely recommend this location.

The drivers are always nice and friendly, helpful. I've never had an issue other than having a longer than normal wait one time when arriving to Chicago but that wasn't a big deal.
