Great location, convenient to DIA; nice covered parking area; rapid van service to and from DIA airport. Only drawback is the confusing directions to covered parking. I know this is only due to parking lot construction which when complete will undoubtedly improve your excfellent service.

We appreciate the covered parking during the winter months. Also, 9 times out of 10, we get really caring and courteous drivers who are willing to take on the hard work of moving luggage despite us trying to help. It's very much appreciated. This particular trip began with a not so courteous driver but ended with exceptional service and care.

It’s very easy to park quickly. The bus picks you up right from your car. There is minimal wait for buses upon arrival home. The covered parking is half the price of the garage and it’s pretty easy to do!

Lots of shuttles on arrival. Even if the line is long, it’s typically not an excessively long wait. I used another lot before and it was insane. I watched several parking spot shuttles come and go before one of our shuttles came.

Almost every part of of our experience with this trip to the Parking Spot-West was excellent. Arriving back at DIA, we weren't able to fit on the shuttle that was at the curb, that's no problem and understand that the bus is only so big and when a family of 10 gets to the door just before you....anyways, we waited maybe 2-3 minutes for the next shuttle which was great and the shortest amount of time we have ever waited for a bus. The only part that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that our stall number in covered parking was written incorrectly on the card given to us when we parked, or at least that is what the driver said when our car was nowhere close to where the driver said it was according to the card. We were actually over four rows. I can't say if it was actually written down wrong or the driver went to the wrong place because I don't know how the rows are numbered.
