Covered Parking, low prices, easy in and out.
Everything! It was a snap to reserve a parking space on the website, access to the parking lot from the street was EASY! The staff are friendly and helpful with telling me where to park, the shuttle service was quick and efficient. The driver is helpful too!
After we return, the shuttle was quick to pick us up, take us to the parking space where our car is. Check out is easy and quick too!
Need I say more? Everything about your services is AWESOME! For that reason, we kept using the Parking Spot from now on. We used to park at other parking lots but we liked the Parking Spot the best! Easy to book online. Shuttles are frequent. Most drivers help with bags. Some have even taken my bags over to my vehicle.

My experience has always been great! The attendents at the gate are always friendly, no matter how early you arrive, and I have never had to wait long for the shuttle for pickup services (to and from airport). Great overall customer service experience each time.

Parking Spot has always met my needs, whether I use their covered or uncovered. They pick you up at your car almost immediately and their shuttles come through the airport to continuously to take you back to your car. All drivers have been extremely personable and helpful. Also enjoy the bottle of water on my return!
