Love that the shuttle drivers come to my car and gets my suitcase and puts it on the shuttle and back in my car on my return. All shuttle drivers I have had are very friendly.
Drop off and pick up is pretty prompt. I like having covered parking. Drivers are generally great.
Note: The driver who picked us up Dec. 27 drove right by us and didn't help with the luggage. I was pretty amazed. Not sure what her deal was.

I had some issues with the recent trip with The Parking Spot service, but when I contacted the company, they did everything possible to make sure that we got the best and most satisfying after-service. It was handled professionally and swiftly. Their service is top-notch and I will make sure to let everyone know that they can trust the service provided by The Parking Spot for their future travels. Two thumbs up!
Good value for the money
Easy access from mockinbird and wait time for shuttle was equal to PS-1.
I like that you are closer to the airport than my usual which is the Parking Spot 2. I also like that you are the most inexpensive of the options. Love that I can continue to earn free days and that the drivers were friendly and helpful.
