Guest Testimonials

The best part of my trip was parking there

Drivers were very polite and courteous! Minimal wait time for a shuttle after arriving back home!

Fair prices and excellent service! The drivers are friendly and helpful with the luggage .

The drivers come directly to your car to pick you up, help with loading the luggage, unloading the luggage, and tips on what to do when you come back to pick up your care

Efficient and I know I can always count on good service

Fast pick up and drop off

Every thing , custom service, on time van pickup and drop offs

How helpful your drivers are ! We came back to a major storm a while back when your driver carried 4 suitcases and put them into the back seat of my pickup truck. Told us to get into truck so we didn’t get wet. It was incredible service on his part!
I also wish that you had a marketing program that encourages passengers to tip their driver! Since Covid less and less people are giving your drivers a tip….and it’s not right!

Easy to reserve never worry and easy to retrieve. Also great price.

I would recommend using this service anytime you fly out of SLC. Easy in and easy out. Didn’t wait for shuttles on either end of flight. Great service.

Closeness to the airport and ease of getting on the shuttle.

Consistently reliable.
Quick shuttles

Easy access to your location and to park our vehicle. The transport vehicle was already picking up other people and was able to get us at the same time when we came in.
The driver who took us to the airport and the driver that brought us back to our vehicle were both very friendly and polite.

The only issue we had was getting ahold of The Parking Spot to get our shuttle once we collected our luggage at the end of our flight. I am not sure if something was wrong with the app but there was nothing on my app to hit for "Where is my Shuttle" there were six people in our party, and I think there were 6 other people who stated having the same issue. We had all tried to call and no one answered. The shuttle did arrive, not sure how the driver knew to come but we did appreciate seeing him.

I would still park here and would advise others to use their service.

Quick access to the airport
Great drivers

That its a secure lot with pick up and drop off at my car. The drivers are really friendly and the airport wait time is minimal.
