I like everything about the Parking Spot! I like that I get coupons in my email that I save and use. I like how friendly everyone is that works there and how hard they try to provide excellent service. There are so many examples as we Have been parking our cars here for over 20 years. When we arrive for a trip the efficiency of everyone in getting us to our terminal on time is appreciated. When we return from a trip, the welcome is sincere and our car is always waiting along with help in getting our bags to the car and cold water bottles, if desired.
I finally became a Parking Spot member and started using the app. I wish I had done it long ago as I left behind a lot of unused points I could have gathered. But I am happy to have them now and recently parked our car for more than a week using points and paid almost nothing as a result.

Too convient..very easy check in and check out...frequency of pickup coming and leaving....and the drivers are so helpful and courteous..and hilarious at times...again the frequency of pickup and drop off is KEY!!

Easy to make a reservation on-line. Discounts usually available when you book in advance. We were directed what aisle to park in, and the bus followed us to where we parked so we did not have to wait. When we returned from our trip, the bus was there so again no waiting. Very efficient.
