Easy to book, easy to change date and times good service
Great value for covered parking, easy to reserve online and easy in and out with bar codes that I can store in Apple Wallet. There was only a brief wait for shuttles to and from the airport and drivers friendly and helpful with bags.
The parking and shuttle service is the best! It is always good not having to navigate the airport to get to your terminal and gate. Especially now with all of the construction going on.

The staff are all very polite and helpful. A van is there by the time you've gotten your luggage from your car. When you arrive back in Cleveland the van is usually there, but if not the wait is short of the next van.

Friendly, help with luggage and prompt pick up
It was located fairly close to the airport and TPS provides the most visible shuttles. The app made it extremely easy to monitor the location of the shuttles and the drivers were super helpful.
I have used other “park and fly” type operators and always felt some level of disappointment which often pertained to the long waits for a shuttle to take me back to my car. The wait for the TPS shuttle appeared to be around 10 minutes but I could see where the shuttles were along their route within the airport. That was great! The drivers, even the female driver, helped putting my bags on the shuttle and taking it off. I used the valet option and it was the best experience I have ever had getting to and leaving LAX. I was encouraged to use TPS because of a Fall promotion that made my 12-day stay affordable. I hope to be able to take advantage of future TPS promotions if I need to fly from LAX.
