I like the auto scan in and out; the drivers are usually friendly and the vans clean. I usually go to Spot #1 as it is the most convenient for STL; please keep the reduced pricing for rooftop. The wait time for pickup at Terminal 2 Southwest varies. Some drivers automatically help with bags, some you need to ask.

Easy entrance at the gate and very helpful attendants. Great covered parking and the van pulls up as soon as soon as I step out of the car. Great service both ways and so much cheaper than airport parking! Will definitely use this service again!
Easy to find the location and then we were quickly picked up my the shuttle. The return to the parking spot was also smooth and allowed tired travelers to not have to stress or worry.
I like the secure lot, being picked up and dropped off right at my car. The last driver who picked me up at the airport was not very helpful and kind of grumpy. All your drivers are usually very friendly and helpful in getting luggage on and off the van.

The online reservation process is a drawback, especially if you want to apply points earned from previous reservations. You have to apply points
BEFORE making the reservation instead of applying to a reservation in progress.
